D. Ironing steps
1. Plug the garment steamer into an outlet, the red steam
selector button will light, indicating that the steamer is
heating.This garment steamer has 3 steam levels. You can
choose which level convenient to the cloth to be ironed
by pressing the steam power selector button (Fig.6).
2. After about 25 seconds the steam power indicator light
will light green, indicating that the steamer is preheated.
3. Prepare the water pump by holding steam button until
steam forms.
4. To generate steam, press down on the steam button with
your index finger (Fig.7) as long as the steam button is
held down, steam will emit from the steam nozzle. When
the steam button is released, the steam will stop.
5. You can have continuous flow of steam without holding
the steam trigger, simply press the steam button and then
slide the lever downwards (Fig.8) and the steam will flow
continuously without the need to keep on pressing the
steam button. To disconnect the continuous flow of steam,
press the steam button and slide the trigger upwards (Fig.9)
then release the steam button. Note: It is normal to hear the
water pump or feel it in the handle.
6. To iron using the fabric brush, install the fabric brush
as described in the “fabric brush installation” paragraph
and gently move up and down while steaming if the clothes
are tough (Fig.10). (The fabric brush opens the weaves of
the fabrics for better steam penetration.) Note: Be careful to
keep your hands away from the steam as it may cause
injuries. Note: Prolonged nozzle concentration at a single
place might result in burning the fabric in case of silk,
synthetic or similar fabrics.
7. After finishing the ironing process, unplug the appliance from
the mains.
8. Put the steamer on its base and allow it to completely cool
before storing to avoid mineral buildup, empty the tank after
each use.
