Combi mode
A shine on bread, bread rolls and puff pastry is achieved with
maximum moisture at a low temperature in the first cooking
stage. Browning is achieved with high moisture and a high
temperature. A drier result is achieved with less moisture and
a high temperature.
Bake parbaked rolls with 90 % moisture at the temperature
given by the manufacturer on the packaging.
