App “Scout RX2”
WiFi
You can view status information or ex-
ecute control commands using a mobile
device (tablet PC or smartphone).
The robot vacuum cleaner is equipped
with an integrated WiFi module for this
purpose.
Please note that, despite the manufac-
turer's extremely high security stand-
ards, there may be data security risks
for the user whenever networked
devices are used. For this reason, we
offer you the option of removing the
WiFi module from the robot vacuum
cleaner. You can find instructions for
this at the end of this section.
Make sure that you have sufficient sig-
nal strength for your WiFi network in
the rooms where the robot vacuum
cleaner will be vacuuming.
You can download the “Scout RX2” app
for free via the Apple App Store or
Google Play.
Download the app from one of the
app stores.
