The upper oven has a wide range of
MasterChef and Mast
programs that enable you to achieve
excellent cooking results with ease.
Simply select the appropriate program
for the type of food you are cooking
and follow the instructions in the
display.
In the Gourmet Center you will find:
– MasterChef programs for the
preparation of cakes/pies, meats, fish
dishes and desserts.
– Mast programs for the
preparation of bread with Moisture
Plus.

– Fish

Mast
In Mast a variety programs are
available. These MasterChef programs
work with Moisture Plus.
Using MasterChef and
Mast programs
From the Main Menu:

Select Gourmet Center .

Select MasterChef or Mast .
A list of food types will appear in the
display.
 Select the desired type.
The MasterChef or Mast
programs available for the food type
selected will then appear.
 Select the desired MasterChef or
Mast program.
The individual steps that must be
completed before starting the program
appear as a list in the display.
Depending on the program selected,
the following information or instruction
will appear in the display:
– Type of cookware
– Shelf level
– Use of the wireless roast probe
– Cooking time
 Follow the instructions on the display
