Rosemary, chopped

Method

Rub crown roast with olive oil, chopped
rosemary, salt and pepper.

Preaheat a non-stick pan on cooktop,
sear bottom of crown roast.

Place the crown roast on the Miele
Universal tray with the roast and grilling
insert in place.
