Hake in a herb sauce
Preparation time: 50–60 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 hake steaks (250 g each)
250 g Vongole
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. plain flour
250 ml fish stock
25 g parsley
Salt

Universal tray
Preparation
Chop the garlic cloves finely, and sauté
in the olive oil in a pan on the cooktop.
Place the fish in the universal tray.
Brush the oil and garlic over the fish
and add the vongole, and season with a
little salt. Dust with flour, then pour the
fish stock over and scatter with
chopped parsley.
