Using the oven
^
Place the food in the oven.
^
Select the function you want (e.g. Fan
Plus
U
).
The following will appear in the display:
I60
%
V
– "160" - the default temperature,
– the temperature indicator light
,
– the triangle
V
under the
%
symbol.
At the same time the oven compartment
heating, lighting and cooling fan will
switch on.
You can follow the temperature rising in
the display. A buzzer will sound when
the oven temperature is reached (only if
this option is selected - see chapter
"Settings
%
-
P 2
").
^
At the end of the programme turn the
function selector to "0" and remove
the food from the oven.
Cooling system
The cooling fan will continue to run for a
while after the oven has been switched
off to prevent any humidity building up
in the oven, on the control panel or on
the oven housing unit.
When the temperature in the oven has
fallen sufficiently the cooling fan will
switch off automatically.
Default temperature
As soon as a cooking function is
selected, a
default temperature
will
appear in the display. Temperatures
can, however, be altered to suit
individual cooking preferences.
