SuperFreeze
Switch the SuperFreeze function on
before putting fresh food into the
freezer.
This helps food to freeze quickly and
retain its nutrients, vitamins, flavours
and appearance.
SuperFreeze is not necessary:
– when placing food in the freezer that
is already frozen.
– when freezing less than 2 kg fresh
food daily.
Switching on SuperFreeze
When freezing small quantities of food
in the freezer, the SuperFreeze function
should be switched on
6 hours
beforehand
. When freezing
the
maximum load of food,
the
SuperFreeze function should be
switched on
24 hours beforehand
.

Touch the SuperFreeze sensor. It will
light up yellow.
The appliance works at full power to
lower the temperature in the appliance.
Switching off SuperFreeze
The SuperFreeze function will switch off
automatically after a minimum of 30
hours and a maximum of 65 hours. The
appliance will then continue to work at
normal power.
To save energy, the SuperFreeze
function can be switched off once a
constant
temperature of -18°C or
colder has been reached in the freezer.
You should check the temperature
inside the appliance from time to time.

Touch the SuperFreeze sensor. It will
dim to a pale yellow colour.
The appliance will continue running at
normal power.
