Oven Cavity Temperature Sensor
The oven cavity temperature sensor is located in the guide tube of the upper
heater elements (Figure 4-2, Item 1). The sensor sends a signal back to the
main electronic. The oven cavity temperature is calculated and displayed via
the display electronic.

Roast Probe
The roast probe can be used to monitor the core temperature of meat and
poultry. The long pointed end of the probe is inserted into the thickest portion
of the meat. The short end of the probe is inserted into the roast probe
socket located on the right side of the oven cavity. For optimum cooking
results ensure that the probe does not contact any bones within the meat or
poultry.

Self-Clean Temperature Sensor (“P” Models Only)
The self-clean temperature sensor is located in the vapor outlet (above the
catalyst) and monitors the oven temperature during the self-clean mode. See
Figure 4-4.
