Safety features

Safety lock / System lock

The appliance is fitted with a lock to

prevent it being switched on by acci‐

dent and also to prevent certain set‐

tings from being altered when the

steam oven is in use.
If you wish to use the lock, you will

need to alter the setting (see "Settings")

once.
The

system lock

can be activated

long as the appliance is ready for

use

. Once activated, the appliance can

be switched on or off. It cannot, howev‐

er, be used.
The

safety lock

is activated

whilst the

appliance is in use

. Once activated,

the appliance functions are restricted:

– The recommended temperature can

only be reduced. It cannot be in‐

creased.

– The cooking duration can only be re‐

duced.

– The appliance can be switched off

and back on again, but you will not

be able to select a function.

Activating the lock



Press the

button repeatedly until 3

bars and the

symbol appear in the

function / temperature display.



Press the

temperature button.


