You can select a duration of between
1 minute and 12 hours, or 1 minute
6 hours for grill functions.

cooking to stop.

You specify the time you want
cooking to start.
When baking, the oven should not
be set to start a long time off.
Otherwise the cake mixture or dough
will dry out, and the raising agents
will lose their effectiveness.
Cooking results can be impaired if
there is a long delay between the
food being placed in the oven and
the start of cooking. Fresh food can
change colour and even deteriorate.
