1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. dill, chopped

Preparation
Grease the glass tray.
Place the salmon fillets on the glass
tray. Drizzle with lemon juice. Season
with salt and pepper. Dot the salmon
pieces with small chunks of butter and
sprinkle with dill. Insert the food probe.
Place the glass tray in the oven and
cook.
