注意油和脂肪在煎炸时受热极快,尤其在增加功率时。极高温度下油和脂肪会发生自燃,存在重大火灾风险。

烹饪技巧

 

 

食物沸腾时,请下调温度设置。

 

 

盖上盖子可以减少烹饪时间,也可以通过保温来节约能源。

爆炒
