Resetting All Settings to Factory Defaults
You must have the Administrator Privileges to reset all settings of the PDU to factory defaults.
Important: Exercise caution before resetting the PDU to its factory defaults. This erases existing information and
customized settings, such as user profiles, threshold values, and other settings. Only active energy data and firmware
upgrade history are retained.
To reset the device to factory defaults:
1.
Choose Maintenance > Unit Reset
The Unit Reset page appears.
2.
Click

A pop-up appears.
3.
Click Factory Reset to reset the PDU to factory defaults.
A pop-up appears with a message and countdown timer showing the remaining time of the operation. It takes about
two minutes to complete.
4.
When the reset is complete, the login page appears.
Note: If you are not redirected to the login page after the reset is complete, click the text "this link" in the countdown
message.
