Explanation

The global server setting is used to determine whether alarms must be
acknowledged automatically or manually.
1
Alarms are acknowledged automatically as soon as all of the messages have
been sent. If SMS that have a tariff with a delivery confirmation function have
also been sent, acknowledgement is provided after delivery confirmation.
2
Alarms must be acknowledged by the user.
alert_schedule_mode
Settings for the procedure to inform about alarms that have to be acknowledged by the user

The setting is adopted from the global server settings
1
Inform about every alarm per site: In this case, the alarm schedule is activated
every time an alarm is triggered. Even if the alarm schedule has already been
executed and the alarm has not yet been acknowledged, the alarm schedule is
executed again if a new alarm is triggered on the site.
Important note: This can incur high costs.
2
Inform about the first unacknowledged alarm per site: Messages for new alarms
that have been triggered will only be sent once the alarm has been
acknowledged.
