Handset Menu function 5: REGISTRATION
This function allows the user to register the handset to a specified base.
Before registering a handset to the base, the base should first be put into subscription mode, by pressing and
holding
key for 5 seconds, the base
IN USE/CHARGE
LED flashing.
1) Press
SET/OK
key, then using

key to select
REGISTRATION
item.
2) Press
SET/OK
key to enter.
3) Press

∨
key to select BASE names. (If the handset already has a registration to the base,
there is a “+” on the right side of the display, and you should choose another base number if you
don’t want to lose that one)
4) Press
SET/OK
key to confirm, the display shows
PIN?
, key in the 4 digit PIN code for the base (the
default PIN code is 0000)
5) Press
SET/OK
key to confirm, and the display will flash “SEARCHING 1”(or 2,3,4)
6) If the base is not found, the handset will return to the previous registration state.
7) If have several handsets, repeat the above steps to register another handset, and the successfully
registered handset will displays HS2 or HS3 on the LCD according to the registration sequence.

Press
SET/OK
key, and press

key to select TAM. Then press
SET/OK
key to confirm and enter.
To playback message
When the display shows
MESSAGE
item, press
SET/OK
to enter and to listen to messages through the
speakerphone.

Press 4 -- To skip back to the previous message

Press 5 -- To pause and restart the current message
y
Press 6 -- To skip forward to the next message
During message playing, press
∧
or
∨
key to adjust the playing volume.
Shortcut
：
You can press and hold
key conveniently at on-hook state to play messages, press
key
long time to the previous message and
key to skip to next message.
At conversation sate, press and hold
key and it will go into 2-WAY records, meanwhile, LCD displays
“RECORD”. Press and hold
again if you want to exit 2-way record state.
To delete all messages
This will only delete old messages, not new messages.

to confirm and all old messages will be deleted.
To record a MEMO
You can record memos from the handset, of up to 120 seconds, and they are played back as normal
messages.

RECORD

the voice prompt “
Please record memo after the beep
”. When you hear the beep tone, start to
speak into the handset microphone to record your memo, and the display will show the length of the
recording.
