Symptom
The device screen shows image, but a portion of the device screen is unresponsive to touch.
Suggested actions
1.
If a portion of the device screen is unresponsive, go to the Start screen to search for the
Touch Control
Panel
.
2.
The
Sensors
tab will show whether the system has detected that the device is touch-ready as opposed
to merely detecting the device is present.
