SETTING THE CUTTING SPEED
The desired cutting speed is set continuously on
the control knob (fig. 46.3) and shown on display
with values from 0 - 99.
To save time, the return travel speed is enhanced
in relation to the cutting speed, especially for slow
cutting speeds.
•
In addition, the maximum range of the cutting
speed can be chosen smaller for fine
sectioning than for trim sectioning.
•
Switching over from trim sectioning to fine
sectioning via knob (fig. 46.1) results in a
reduction of the motorized cutting speed
according to the corresponding preselection.
•
To preselect the speed reduction, press the
menu button (fig. 47.1) and select the sub
menu "Autom. V-reduction" (fig. 48).
•
Turn the operating knob (fig. 46.3) to select
the maximum speed in % from 10 up to
100 %.
•
To store the selected speed, press the knob
(fig. 46.3).
•
Press the menu button (fig. 47.1) again to
return to the normal display mode.
Caution:
Switching over from fine to trim
sectioning results in the corresponding
speed increase.
