Mounting
5.1
Attachment and Mounting of the Sensor
The sensor can be mounted in three different ways:
1. with three through holes for M4 screws from the side,
2. with three M4 threaded holes on the front and
3. with three M4 threaded holes on the top (cable entry!).
The fixing dimensions can be taken from the dimensional drawings in the annex.
The scanCONTROL28x0 is an optical sensor with which measurements in the μm
range can be taken. Therefore, treat it with care during fitting and operation.
When selecting mounting screws, pay attention to the depth of the blind holes
to avoid damaging the threads due to screws bottoming out. The tightening
torque should not be selected too high.
