The assembly is rather simple. See the figure below for the sequence of the parts. Make sure you
glue the paddle well to the shaft, e.g. with power glue. Also the motor should be fixed in the
mount. Usually, the gears can be pushed onto the shafts without much additional glue.
Once the top and the bottom are assembled, the lid needs to be glued into the chamber with
glue all around the corner to ensure the drive chamber is watertight. The chamber is part of the
hull (not shown in figure below).
Die Montage ist recht einfach. Die Explosionszeichnung unten zeigt den Aufbau. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass das Paddel und die Welle gut miteinander verklebt sind. Sie sind später nicht mehr
erreichbar. Auch der Motor sollte leicht eingeklebt werden, die Zahnräder halten meist auch ohne
Klebstoff.
Sind der obere und der untere Teil montiert, muss der Deckel auf die Kammer geklebt werden,
um diese wasserdicht zu verbinden. Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass die Naht rundum mit einer
Klebstoffraupe geschlossen wird. Die Kammer ist ohne den Rumpf dargestellt.
