Shot of steam
•
Push the steam shot button to release a powerful steam shot which enables you to iron even obstinate
pleats. Wait a few moments before you repeat this to let the steam chamber fully heat up again. You can
use this function when iron is in both horizontal and vertical position.
Dry function
•
Set steam level selector to “0”. Steam is now switched off.
Cordless ironing
CAUTION!
Never immerse the base into water.
•
For cordless ironing turn the selection switch on the back of the stand into top position.
•
Take the iron from the stand. Always replace the iron on the stand during ironing brakes.
•
For heating up return the iron to the base station.

position = iron and stand are fixed together.

position = position for corded ironing
After ironing
Unplug the iron and let it cool down, empty water tank to remove any residual water. This avoids lime stone
inside of the water tank. Place the iron back on its stand.
Installation at the ironing board
Fold out the fixation unit in the bottom of the base station. Tighten the fixation clamp at the ironing board.

Caution! Danger of electrical shock!
Never immerse the appliance into water. The connector parts
must not get wet. Contact of electrical parts with moisture causes short circuit and damage.
Unplug the appliance after each use and before cleaning, or storing it.
Caution! Danger of serious burns! Let the appliance cool down completely, before cleaning
and storing it.

Always ensure that it is completely cold before removing lime and fuzz on the sole plate with a soft
dry cloth.

Never use sharp detergents or abrasive material to clean the plastic housing or the stain less steel sole
plate as sensitive surfaces might get damaged.
•
Do not put vinegar or other descaling agents into the water reservoir, it is not suited for this and might
get damaged. Do not use chemically descaled water.
•
To avoid damage and scratches on the surface of the sole or the housing, never use sharp edged
or metallic objects or sharp cleaning solvents to clean.
•
Do not wind the cable around the appliance while it is hot.
•
Never store the cable before the appliance has cooled down completely.
•
Store the appliance in a dry place which is not reachable for small children.
