•
Cordless ironing is very helpful when the clothes must be moved on the ironing board very often.
If however you need a more constant heat – i.e. for large pieces such as curtains – the iron should be
used corded. This iron gives you all the flexibility of a premium iron.
•
Remove all plastic bags, stickers and the protection film from the sole plate.
•
Clean the sole plate with a soft damp cloth.
•
Some parts of the iron have been slightly greased and as a result may smoke slightly for a short time
when switched on for the first time.

Filling with water
•
Fill water into the tank always before plugging in.
•
Set the steam control to „0“. Take the iron from the stand, and pour water into the water container
up to the maximum level (max). Use the measuring beaker delivered with the iron.
Corded ironing
•
Place the iron on the base and push the locker for the base station down.
•
Turn the temperature control to "MIN" and steam control to "0" position before plugging
into the mains socket.
•
Take the iron from the stand. Always replace the iron on the stand during ironing brakes.
•
Turn temperature control to the desired temperature. Always check first to see whether a label
with ironing instruction is attached to the article to be ironed.

The pilot light will light up from time to time.
•
Let iron heat up fully by setting the temperature control to level MAX.
Steam function
Steam ironing is possible only at higher temperatures.
•
Set steam to position medium or maximum position and the temperature control to high
temperature MAX.
•

Hold the iron in horizontal position so that steam can exhaust from the nozzles into the soleplate.
In vertical position steaming stops automatically.
•
Water may leak from the soleplate if the temperature is too low. If so set the temperature control
to a higher temperature level.
Self clean function
•
Position the steam control button to the maximum position. The self clean function will remove lime and
fuzz residues from the steam outlets by strong steam burst.
Spray
Can be used with steam and/or dry ironing provided that there is water in the tank.
•
Press the spray button firmly and vaporised water will spray out from the nozzle humidifying the fabric
to easy ironing of tough creases.
