Operating the Washer- Mister Mode

CLEANING WITH DETERGENTS AND 

CHEMICALS

Refer to “Detergent and Chemical Cleaning Precautions” 

before working with detergents. Be certain to wear 

protective safety attire.

Prepare detergent and chemical solution according to 

label directions.  Never pump acids, alkaline, abrasive 

fluids or solvents through the unit. 

1. To apply solution; unlock the trigger gun and squeeze 

the trigger. In a few moments a detergent/chemical 

mixture will exit the misting gun assembly. Consult 

detergent and chemical manufacturer for application 

information.

2. Siphon a gallon of water through the pump and hose 

after each use. This prevents the possibility of corrosion 

or detergent and chemical residue causing mechanical 

problems during the next use.

SHUTDOWN

IMPORTANT:  Shutdown procedures should be followed 

at the end of each cleaning operation.

1. Turn unit off and unplug washer.
2. Squeeze trigger momentarily to relieve pressure.  

Disconnect hoses.

3. Allow motor to cool, then wipe washer down with a damp 

cloth.
