RC Radio Calibration
Mission Planner
Connect to the Pixhawk and go to
Initial
Setup -> Mandatory Hardware ->
Radio Calibration
:
Press the
Calibrate Radio
button and
follow the prompts.
MAVProxy
In a console, connect to the Pixhawk in setup
mode:
mavproxy.py --baud=57600

To start the calibration process:

Follow the prompts.
APM Planner 2
Connect to the Pixhawk and go to
Initial
Setup -> Mandatory Hardware ->
Radio Calibration

Press the
Calibrate Radio
button and follow
the prompts.
Waggle the RC sticks and buttons to confirm they all work.
Go through the above process so the Pixhawk knows the min/max extents of your RC controller.
