31 Reducer running excessively hot
Low reducer oil level
Check oil level in gearcase and be
sure breather plug is open (non

Check and inspect all bearings on

Check for excessive product load
Check all rollers for free rotation
32 Reducer or motor noisy
Insufficient reducer lubricant
on motor shaft bearing Add recommended oil to gearcase
