Appuyer sur le renfort pour terminer le collage.
ATTENTION :
Bien respecter le dièdre de l’aile (angle en V). Si le dièdre n’est pas bien respecté, votre planeur ne volera pas.
Fix the tape on the bottom of the wing (figure. 3). Remove the cover on the scotch already glued on the plastic plate.
Make sure the plate is well centred and glue it in place, right part for example. Glue the other part (left one) : ensure
the edges are perfectly fitted against each other.
Push vertically to ensure gluing.
Pay attention : respect the right diehedral (V-angle). If the diehdral is not well made, your plane will not fly.

Retourner l’aile et fixer le renfort supérieur (figure. 4) en vérifiant qu’il est bien centré et que les deux panneaux
sont bien jointifs (pas de jour entre les deux plans de contacts de chaque aile).
Turn over the wing and fix the upper side on the wing. Make sure it is well centred and perfectly fitted against each
other : no gap between the two contact surface of each wing.
NB : Terminer le collage des deux renforts en exerçant une pression à l’aide d’un chiffon par exemple et en le
faisant glisser pour mieux répartir les efforts et afin d’obtenir un collage régulier sur toute la surface de contact.
Cette opération doit être effectuée avec soin pour une bonne résistance des ailes.
Pay attention : Finish the gluing of the two reinforcements by making vertical pressure evenly with a rag for example,
make it slide on the surface to have equal efforts between the plastic piece and the surface of the wing.
This task must be carefully done as it implies good resistance of wings.
3- Fixation du gouvernail de profondeur.
Fixing the elevator.
A-
Introduire la commande de profondeur (pliée à 90 °) dans le trou du guignol déjà installé sur la gouverne.
Introduce the wire (90° bended) in the hole in the horn pre-installed on the tail.

Positionner le stabilisateur dans l’empreinte déjà faite.
Put in place the elevator in the mark already done
.
C
- Le fixer à l’aide des 2 vis fournies et du renfort plastique (plaque) fourni.
Fix it with the 2 screws and the plastic reinforcement.
Attention : visser suffisamment pour qu’il n’y ait pas de jeu mais ne pas écraser la gouverne.
Pay attention : screw sufficiently to prevent any gap but not too strongly. Do not crush the tail.
Bien vérifier que le stabilisateur est en bonne position : horizontale par rapport au fuselage et perpendiculaire à la
dérive. Si ce n’est pas le cas, refaire la procédure d’installation depuis le début.
Verify attentively that the tail is in good state : horizontal comparing to the fuselage and perpendicular with the
vertical tail. If not, do again the procedure of installation from the beginning.
