For mixing cakes, biscuits, pastry, icing, fillings, éclairs and mashed potatoes. 

 

Whisk Attachment 

For eggs, cream, batters, meringues, cheesecakes, mousses, soufflés. 

Warning: Do not use the Whisk Attachment for heavy mixtures, as you may damage the 
Attachment. 
 

Dough Hook 

For breads and other yeast mixtures. 

 
 

OPERATION GUIDE 

 
This appliance has been designed for general indoor household use only. 

Warning!

 Always place on a level surface. Do not let the supply cord hang over the edge of 

any table in case young children should pull the appliance from the bench. Disconnect from the 
power supply when not in use. 

 
Assembly Instructions 
 
Attaching Accessories (beater, dough hook or whisk) 

Raise the mixing arm (6) by releasing the locking lever (4) (located on side) by pressing 
downwards. 

Warning:

 Always make sure the Stand Mixer is switched OFF before raising the Mixing Arm. 

Attach desired attachment (beater, dough hook or whisk) to mixer arm attachment socket and 
lock in place securely by inserting upwards and turning anti clockwise to secure. Lower the 
mixer arm until it locks into place.
