Dismantling after use

 

1.  Unplug the processor. 
2.  Remove the processor bowl cover by turning it anti-clockwise. 
3.  Carefully remove the blade/disc and shaft/ citrus juicer, as the metal tools are very
     sharp. 
4.  Unlock and remove the processor bowl. 

How to clean

1.  Always unplug the appliance before you start cleaning the housing.
2.  Wipe the housing over with a clean, damp cloth after each use. Never immerse any 
    part of the housing in water or other liquid. 
3.  The bowl and lid may be washed by hand in hot soapy water. 
4.  Do not place in the dishwasher. Do not use abrasives.
5.  Clean the blade, the knife of the blender and the slicer very carefully. The cutting 
    edges are very sharp!

HOW TO USE

Hints and tips

1.  The metal blade can be used for chopping meat, fish, vegetables, cheese etc setting 
    the speed to manual slow. 
2.  For coarse chopping, use the pulse button for a few seconds and monitor food 
    texture, do not exceed 2 sec for each pulse.
3.  Pre-cut larger pieces to make them fit into the feed tube when chopping hard foods 
     (e.g. meat, cheese) cut into 1 inch/2.5cm cubes
4.  For grating, place food horizontally into the feed tube.  For slicing, place the food 
     vertically 

If Your Appliance Suddenly Ceases Operation

-Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
-Let the appliance cool down for 15 minutes.
-Switch on the appliance again.
