Remove 6 hex cap screw/nut (38) pneumatic cylinder assembly sides with lock washer (37) from central block

housing (11).

Step 14.

Remove front cover (3) from actuator assembly

with piston rod (9).

Step 15.

Remove piston rod (9) and connecting nut (44)

assembly from front side of the front cover (3).

Step 16.

Remove retaining ring (36) to remove bearing

bush (5).

Step 17.

Remove guide bush (5) from front cover (3).

CAUTION:

Do not damage seals of bearing bush (5) while removing it
