This device has a legal warranty of 2 years (24 months) in workmanship and
materials from the date of purchase. In case of failure, the client must send the
product for repair. It is advisable to send the product in its original, well protected
packaging to prevent damage in transit. Send the unit with the Certificate of
Legal guarantee and a copy of proof of purchase (invoice or cash ticket).
METRONIC will check that the device is under warranty and has not been subject
to misuse or manipulation, and then will be repaired. Once repaired, the cost of
return transportation to your home are in our care (only Peninsula and Balearic
Islands). Are excluded from this warranty is damage due to handling the unit or
remote control, physical damage from corrosive liquids, stains, etc. Also excluded
are damage caused by power surges from the mains and breakdowns caused
by natural disasters (fire, lightning, floods, bumps and falls).
During the rest of warranty period the unit will be repaired if it has not been sub-
ject to misuse or tampering. In case of a previously manipulated device METRO-
NIC provide a repair estimate to be paid BEFORE the repair. If the warranty period
has expired, you can also perform a repair estimate. You MUST contact technical
service METRONIC before sending any device.
