To ensure a trouble-free performance and to
avoid excessive electricity consumption, clean
the condenser every three months using a
vacuum hose. When using the appliance under
special conditions, clean the condenser more
often. Clean the condenser coil in the same way
at least once per year. If the condenser coil is
not cleaned at least once per year, the efficiency
of the appliance will decrease significantly.
•
Clean the gaskets and seals with a dry and soft
cloth. Check them for debris to ensure the door
always close properly.
•
The appliance may only be used again or stored
after it is dried completely.
Defrosting
•
To defrost the appliance, remove all foodstuffs
from it, set the thermostat to “OFF” and unplug
the appliance.
•
Let the ice in the appliance interior melt and
discard the water afterwards.
Storage
•
Before storing, remove all foodstuffs from
the appliance, disconnect it from the supply
and clean the appliance and its accessories
thoroughly.
•
Store the appliance in a dry, protected
environment, preferably at room temperature.
•
To protect the appliance from dust, cover it
with a cloth that allows air circulation inside the
appliance.
