1. Care and maintenance
Heat pump water heater is high automation equipment, regular checks unit when use, if the
unit are kept effective and long-term maintenance, the unit's operating life and reliability are
significantly increased.
1.1.The water filter installed outside the machine should be cleaned regularly to ensure the
system is clean and in order to avoid dirty or jam cause damage.
1.2.Users in the use and maintenance of the unit should pay attention to: all the security devices
setting are finished in factory, do not adjust.
1.3.Regular check the power unit and electrical wiring system if strong enough, electrical
components if disorders, if is, maintenance and replace it timely.
1.4.Always check the water system replenishment water tank safety valves, liquid level controller
and exhaust device if working properly, so as not to cause air entering the system reduced the
water cycle, thus affecting the unit's heating capacity and unit reliability.
1.5.Check the water pump, water valve is working properly, water pipeline and pipe fittings if leak.
1.6.The unit surrounding should be clean and dry, well-ventilated. A regular time (1-2 months) to
clean air side heat exchanger to maintain good heat transfer.
1.7.Always check the unit's parts work, check units inside pipe joints and pneumatic valve
whether there is any oil, to ensure the unit no leakage of refrigerant.
1.8.Dont pile up debris around the unit so as not to plug air inlet and outlet, unit around should be
kept clean and dry, well-ventilated.
1.9.If the unit downtime is too long, first should empty the pipeline water, and
cut off power, dress a good shield. When run again, boot the system after full examination.
1.10.Main unit condenser cleaning, our company recommends 50 degrees to 60 degrees, the
concentration of 15% thermal phosphoric acid to clean the condenser, turn on the circulation
pump comes with system to clean 3 hours, and finally washed three times with tap water.
