DASH DISASSEMBLY
Attention!
Turn the fan speed all the way up,
and then turn the recirculation button off,
prior to turning the vehicle off and removing
the radio/climate control assembly.
1.
Unclip and remove the (2) trim
panels on either side of the radio. The
driver side trim will have the cabin
temperature sensor attached to it
(Figures A, B)
Note:
Complete removal should not
be necessary. If you do remove this
trim it must be reconnected prior to
programming the new climate controls.
2.
Remove (1) Phillips screw on either side
of the radio.
3.
Unclip and remove the hazard button
above the factory radio, and remove (1)
Phillips screw exposed between the a/c
vents. (Figure C)
4.
Unclip and remove the pocket below the
radio. (Figure D)
