Note: The circuit diagram for EF-2B is same with that of EF-B, the only difference is that EF-2B has two
electric boxes.
Operation instructions
• Check that the device is properly connected and that the electrical connection at the installation site
conforms to the values given on the unit rating plate.
• The oil tank has fi lling marks showing ”MAX” and ”MIN” for the maximum and minimum amount of
oil. The oil level should be between these markings.
• Connect the device to the power outlet. The green indicator light lights up
• Set the desired temperature using the thermostat knob. The heating elements are switched on and
the yellow signal light comes on and the green light goes out. The oil is now heating up.
• When the set temperature is reached the thermostat cuts the power to the heating elements and the
yellow signal light goes out. When the oil temperature drops, the heating elements switches on again.
The yellow signal light is on whenever the heating elements are switched on.
• The basket of products to be fried is immersed in the hot oil (2 fryer baskets included). Lift the basket
after frying and place it on the tank cover to fi lter oil. Meanwhile, the user can continue to fry the food
using the other basket.
• Turn the thermostat knob to position “0” after use and cut off the power supply to the appliance.
