Power indicator light
By turning the knob to the desired setting, the power indicator light will come on and the
selected cooking zone will start heating. Heating is effected by means of radiative heat
provided by electric heating elements. Heating element temperature can be controlled
through a power regulator.

Position to turn on a second heating element
By further turning the knob, for a brief moment, to the position shown as item 18 in Fig.
3, you will obtain the maximum heating power in the selected cooking zone thanks to the
operation of the second heating element.
To bring the appliance back to normal, single-heater operation, just turn the knob to the
"0" position and then, if needed, select the required temperature to continue cooking.
