Notify your service department immediately if maintenance is
required that poses a risk to humans, animals, property and other.
Do not work in the vicinity of the machine while wearing loose
clothing that has the potential of becoming entangled in
moving parts.
De-energize all hydraulics and the equipment before performing
any maintenance. Engine must be turned off and the ignition key
removed!
Never overfill containers. Please refer to the carrier vehicle load
capacity, i.e. axle load, maximum total weight, Gross Vehicle
Rating. Comply with your state, provincial, local and internal weight
regulations.
Do not attempt maintenance work while machine is running. Engine
must be turned off and ignition key removed! Refer to your internal
lock-out and safe working procedure.
Ensure that all guards and safety devices are in good condition and
in their proper location before using the equipment.
Always wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and use
certified equipment to service the machine, ie: ladders, hoists,
jack stands, etc. Refer to your internal lock-out and safe working
procedures.
Weight and the center of gravity changes as the attachments
are mounted and in operation. Check with you carrier vehicle
manufacturer about safe working weight and GVR.
As the center of gravity changes, the vehicle can roll over. Avoid
uneven, wet, icy, slippery ground and road surfaces.
