Note: 

if you accidentally push the start button before selecting the automatic mode, all the lights will turn on 

to indicate that you have made an incorrect command. 

 
Automatic Use (Control Panel with Slice Counter) 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

1.

 

Ensure the slicer is turned off and that the thickness selection knob is set to “0”.  

2.

 

Turn the function mode selector clockwise to the Automatic position. 

3.

 

Pull back the carriage completely (towards the operator) to the loading position. 

4.

 

Lift the end device up, into the rest position.  

5.

 

Place product onto the table, the product will press against the fence plate because of its weight.  Block it 

with the end device by lowering it onto the product and pressing down slightly. 

6.

 

Start the blade by pressing the 

button of BLADE (a). 

7.

 

Regulate the thickness of the slice required and then start the carriage by pressing the 

I

 button of 

CARRIAGE (c) 

8.

 

To stop the carriage and blade you must push the 

O

 buttons (a) and (c). 

 

Regulate different parameters: 

 

Change the speed of the blade by pushing the + or – (h)

  

You can increase the speed of the blade pushing the . You can see the effect of this action on 

the panel (h1), you can see the number 1 to 9 (1 is the lowest speed, 9 is the highest speed). 

 

 

Change the speed of the carriage by pushing the + or – (i)

 

You can increase the speed of the carriage blade by pushing the . You can see the effect of this 

action on the panel (i1), you can see the number from 1 to 9 (1 is the lowest speed, 9 is the highest 

speed). 

 

 

Change the number of stroke per minute by pushing the + or – (l)

 

You can increase the number of stroke by pushing the + button. You can see the effect of this action on 

the panel (l1), you can see the number from 1 to 9 (1 being 26 stroke/minute, 9 being 87 

stroke/minute) 

 

You can adjust these parameters also while the machine is working. 

 

 

Number of slices 

You can set the number of slices pushing the button (d) for units, the button (e) for tens and the button (f) 

for hundreds, you can see the result of this actions on display (d1, f1 and e1) 

 

Example:

  If you want to set 65 slices, you must push button (d) five times and button (e) six times.  

 

While the machine is working you can see how many slices the slicer has done on the display (g).
