By turning the height adjustment handle (5)
you can set the height of adjustable working table
(4).
Check the plane depth, adjust the work bench by
turning the height adjustment handle.
Max. plane depth per operation is 2,5mm, for
security, need to set max. plane depth according to
width of wood, see data below:

E- OPERATION
E-1- Starting

Press the green button “I” to start the machine.
Press the red button “O” to stop the machine.
If the motor is exceeding the rated power, the
overload – current protector(9) will turn it off. Let the
machine cool down for 5 minutes, then press the
current protector and then turn switch again.
Caution: Before you start the machine, check if the
work bench is empty, if the knife is installed
correctly, do not planer the wood by the reverse
direction

, regular to push the wood smoothly until
end of planer wood.
Caution: Stopping during the operation of planing or
pushing the wood to fast can result in irregularities
of the wood. Put your left hand to the front end of
the wood, when the wood under your right hand
comes through the knife put your left hand behind
your right one, until the process of planing is
finished.
If possible plane the wood in direction of wood grain
– along wood grain. If necessary to plane against
wood grain, plane very slow and as thin as possible.
Caution: Don’t put your hands on the backend of
wood when planer wood almost complete,avoid
hand injury.
F. DUST EXTRACTION
The machine is equipped with a dust pipe (11),you
can install a vacuun cleaner if necessary.
G. REPLACEMENT AND ASSEMBLING OF
KNIFES
ATTENTION:
1.Prior to adjustment make sure the switch is turned
off ( O ) and the machine is disconnected from the
power supply.
2.Only use suitable plane knifes that comply with
EN 847-1 and the technical specification.
3.Unsuitable, unmounted, stump or damaged plane
knifes can come loose during operation and
enormously increase the risk of kickback.
4.Only plane knifes with sign „HSS“ or „HS“ can be
regrinded!
Regrinde both plane knifes the same way or it
comes to storage damage caused by unbalance.
Detailed knife replacement (to bear in mind!):
1. Remove the fence(3) far away working table
2.use the open spanner (14) supplied loosen the 4
screw on the blade press plate,move the old blades
3.put the new blade on the knife shaft
4.Use 4 knife screws to put knife press plate on the
knife shaft, not to tighten.
5.Put the bit gauge(7) on the blades and adjust the
blade, make the blades parallel aligument, then
tighten the screws, make sure all screws are
tightened.
6. Move the knife driving shaft ensure a smooth
spinning without block!
H. REPLACEMENT OF BELT
Change the PJ V-ribbed belt if it is damaged.

Unscrew the screws of the belt protective
cover, remove the belt cover plate(12).

Take out the PJ
V-ribbed
belt.

Install a new PJ V- ribbed belt, make sure
that it is positioned correctly on the two belt
pulley, spin the belt pulley to make sure that
everything functions well. Then install the belt
cover and the protection plate.
I. REPLACEMENT OF BRUSH
When the carbon brusher are damage(machine
stops automatically), use a screwdriver unscrewed
the brush cover,remove the carbon brush and install
the new.
