Introduction
This document is a User Guide for the Meta Watch Digital Watch Firmware for the Wearable Development System
(model WDS112). This Meta Watch system is for developers and so you might find the instructions and the user
interface to show some technical information that is useful to developers, but is not required for a consumer product.
If you do use Meta Watch to create a consumer grade product, please be aware of your audience, this code is meant
to be used as a starting point for you.
