supply by pressing (for at least 0,5 seconds) the on/
off switch (2). Mode display (1) illuminates green and
shows the current battery charge status.
Separate the heated jacket after use from the
Power Adapter.
12V connector is only intended for use with the
Metabo heated jacket HJA 14.4-18.
After a period of 7 hours, the Power Adapter will
switch off automatically. Press (at least
0.5 seconds) the on/off switch (2) again to start the
power supply for another 7 hours.
Switching off
the 12 V power supply (3):
Press on/off switch (2) for approx. 2 seconds.
6.3 Removal of the battery pack
Press the battery pack release (5) button and remove

flashing, the device is overloaded and too hot and
automatically switches off after one minute.
In order to prevent overloads, check the combination
of the connecting devices so that the

continuous output adds up to less than 21 W.
Typical values are:
Read the actually required connection cables/current
in the operating instructions of your device.
In order to avoid electro-magnetic interferences, use
only USB cables not exceeding 1.0 m in length, and
which have a magnetic interference filter.
Remove the battery pack from the device before
carrying out cleaning.
Do not clean with aggressive cleaning agents.
