The R-080060 is a practical washer and
polymeriser with an easy-to-use control panel on
which sequences of polymerising and shower times
and temperatures can be programmed as required
by the user. The polymeriser works in the following
6 steps.
1. Waiting time: a time in which the water in the
tank is at ambient temperature.
2. 1st ramp time: a time when the temperature of
the water in the tank rises steadily to a final
temperature set by the user.
3. 1st plateau time: a time when the temperature
of the water in the tank remains steady at the
level reached at the ends of the previous step.
At the end of this time a warning buzzer is set
off.
4. 2nd ramp time: a time when the temperature of
the water in the tank rises steadily again, to a
final level set by the user.
5. 2nd plateau time: a time when the temperature
of the water in the tank remains steady at the
level reached at the end of the previous step.
After these first 5 steps the unit disconnects
automatically, a warning buzzer sounds and
lamp 4 lights up. The time of each step can be
set between 0 and 99 hours 59 minutes. The
end temperatures at each plateau can be
regulated by the user between 0º and boiling.
6. Shower time: a time when the shower comes
on the clean the muffles on the shower tray.
This function is independent of the steps
programmed previously, and must be activated
manually by pressing the shower key (10).
To enable the user to see the actual program
status at all times, the R-080060 polymeriser has a
synoptic display. LEDs (14) show which step is
ongoing and LEDs (15) show the temperatures
reached.
The unit also has two digital displays: the top one
(1) shows the present temperature of the water in
the tan, and the bottom one (2) shows the time
remaining to the end of treatment.
If W/T (9) is pressed, display (1) shows the
temperature
setting
expected
by
the
microprocessor, and display (2) the time remaining
to the end of the step ongoing.
INSTALLATION
•
Carefully unpack the R-080060 washer &
polymeriser. Inside the tank you will find two
large muffle trays and two small ones.
•
Set the unit up on a flat, horizontal, firm surface
away from sources of heat or vibration. Ensure
that there is a gap of at least 15 cm between
the ventilation grilles and the nearest wall or
other object.
•
Connect the unit to a 230 V, 50/60 Hz earthed
power socket which is protected by a suitable
thermal magnetic cut-out. Consult your installer
on this.
SHORT PROGRAM (SHOWER ONLY)
The R-080060 washer-polymeriser can be set for a
short shower program in case you wish merely to
clean muffles without polymerising them first. This
program has two steps:
1. Shower temperature: a time when
the temperature of the water in the
tank rises to the level set by the
user.
2. Shower time: a time set by the user
for shower operation.
To choose between the long (polymerisation +
shower) program and the short (shower only)
program, press key (6 L) long or (6 S) short: the
lamp on the relevant key will light up to indicate
which program has been selected.
To program shower time with no prior
polymerisation, proceed as follows:
1. Press short program key (6 S). The lamp will
light up to indicate that short program mode
(shower only) has been selected.
2. Press function key (12) to enter programming
mode. The top display will read "U1", thus
indicating that this step can be programmed.
The LED for U1 (shower temperature) on the
synoptic display will also begin to flash.
3. Use the Up/Down keys (11 & 13) to bring up the
desired first step temperature on the lower
display (2). Temperatures of less than 55 and
more than 95 ºC may not be set.
4. Press function key (12). The top display will read
"A5", thus indicating that this step can be
programmed. The LED for step A5 (shower
time) on the synoptic display will also come on.
5. Use the Up/Down keys (11 & 13) to bring up the
desired shower operating time on the lower
display (2).
6. When programming is complete, or ant any time
during programming, programming mode can be
exited by pressing W/T (9), which acts as an
