Press shortly the key several times to light
the icon (Fahrenheit degrees).

By pressing the keys, select at the upper
display the value “YES” to work in ºF or “No” to
work in ºC.

Press the key for a few seconds to escape
from the configuration mode.

Icon lighting indicates that temperatura is
shown in ºF.
OPERATION
1. Open the upper lid (A).
2. Fill the container with gel. In order to do this, cut
the solid block of gel into small pieces of about
4 cm long, and place them in the container (do
not cut up the gelatine inside the tank). The
final level of the gel should be about 3 cm,
above the upper blade. When the unit enters
into operation, the level of the gel in the
container will fall somewhat due to the heating
resistance and blades. Then refill the container
again until the final level of the gel covers the
upper blade.
WATCH OUT!! Do not let solidify the jelly into
the vessel: when the machine start up, the
temperature sensor could take a wrong value
and consequently a wrong machine perform.
If this happens, full empty the vessel, cut the
jelly in small pieces and start up again the
machine.
3. Close the lid and programme the unit following
the previously indicated instructions.
Press the STOP/START button (C) to start the
cycle. The unit will startup automatically if a
delayed startup has not been programmed.
During the operation, the pilots (resistance
heating) and (motor working) will light in
order to indicate to the user that the programme
continues to run without any problems.
The upper display will show the temperatura
incide the tank.
The lower display will show C1 or C2 to indicate
if the unit is in the heating or cooling phase.
4. To stop the operation of the unit at any moment
keep the START/STOP button (C) pressed.
5. In case a delayed startup is programmed, upper
display will show the message “dEL” and the
lower one will show the number of resting
hours. After the waiting time, the unit will start
up.
6. You can modify the values of the C1 and C2
temperatures at any time during the programme
execution.
7. Once the heating temperature (C1) is reached,
the the cooling phase will start until the pouring
temperature (C2) is reached. The lower fan will
work. When this phase finish, the display will
show the message “End”.
8. When the pouring temperatura (C2) is reached,
gel is ready to work. Place a container under
the spout (E) and pull the knob (F) towards you.
The gel will flow out.
9. Once the work with the unit has been
completed, empty the unit container by pouring
all of the excess gel into another container
through the spout (E).
10. In order to finish the programme, keep pressing
the START/STOP button (C) for some seconds.
You will notice that the icons and start
blincking. Then disconnect the main switch.
Durante el curso normal del programa no está
permitido abrir la tapa del aparato. Un detector de
seguridad desconectará la máquina en el caso de
que se abra la tapa superior (A) y el display
mostrará el mensaje de error “dOO”.
During the normal running of the programme the lid
of the unit cannot be opened. A safety switch will
disconnect the unit if the upper lid (A) is opened,
and the display will show an error message “dOO” .
STORING PROGRAMS IN THE MEMORY
The electronic controls allow you to store up to 4
different programs. To store a program, proceed as
follows:

First of all, set the two tempetarues C1 and C2
you want to store, as explained in previous
sections.

Once you have selected the values you want to
store, select the program (P1, P2, P3 or P4) in
which you want to store the dosage by pressing
the P key as many times as required.

Finally, keep the P key pressed for a few
seconds. The display will flicker once to indicate
that the values have been stored in the memory.
USING THE PROGRAMS STORED IN THE
MEMORY
 To use a program stored in the memory, press
the P key as many times as required to select
the program you want (P1, P2, P3 or P4).
 Press the key to display the values stored.
 Press the START/STOP button (C) to start.
