Visual inspection:
Are tank [1], pump [2], hose [3] and piston pressure gauge [6] undamaged?

Pay special attention to the connections between the tank – hose and hose – plug-in
coupling and to the condition of the pump thread.
No leaks:
Pump up the empty device to 2 bar
(Fig. 9).
► The pressure must not decrease more than 0.5 bar within 30 minutes.
Function:
Pull up the piston pressure gauge [6]
(Fig. 3)
► The pressure must dissipate.
1. Push the tube [3] into the fixture [5] and secure it with the cap nut.

1. Pull up the red button on the piston pressure gauge [6] until all excess pressure is
released from the tank.

2. Press the piston rod with handle [7] down and turn it counterclockwise
► The piston rod with handle is locked.

3. Unscrew the pump [2] from the tank.

4. Add the liquid to the tank [1].

5. Check the filling level with the scale [8] on the tank.

If filling the tank from a water line, ensure that the line or a hose does not project
into the tank.
