f. The DIASTOLIC figure is now the flashing on the lower
part of the screen (85) ; Press the selection key "▲" or "
▼" on the side of the unit to adjust up or down this figure
(Please note that the adjustment is done by +/-5 mmHg
each time you press the "▲" or "▼" key).
g. Press the "M (MODE)" key to confirm and complete the
setting of your Blood pressure monitor. The screen now
display the time and date and the current user number.
D. Multiple User Mode
Your blood pressure monitor can keep the records of up to
3 different users in separate memory. This is very useful
if several members in your family are using your blood
pressure monitor. For instance, you may keep all your
records in the memory of USER 1, and the all the records
of your wife in the USER 2. You may also set different
settings for the SYS and DIA as explained in previous
paragraph C.
When you first start the unit, default user is USER 1; to
select another user, simply press the "▲" or "▼" on the side
of the unit to select user 2 or 3. Then, Press the "START/
STOP" key to start the measurement of your blood pressure.
E. Steps to take your Blood pressure measurement
a. Wrap the cuff around the wrist (refer to wrapping wrist
cuff as Figure No. 1)
b. Sit upright on the chair too have correct posture (refer to
correct posture in Taking Blood Pressure as Figure No. 2)
c. Press the "START/STOP" key to switch on the unit;
