Configured as one of the following standard Call Center features:
Key 8 = * Make Set Busy
Key 9 = * Not Ready (must have CLS = AGN).
Key 10 = * Emergency (must have CLS = AGN).
Key 11 = * Call Supervisor (must have CLS = AGN).
The following features can be configured on any Key 8-11 with the change of
the prelabeled key cap:
Activity Code entry.Agent Answer.
Answer Emergency Call.
Display Queue = DWC (used with supervisor or agent telephones).
Observe agent.
Ring Agent (must have CLS = SPV).
