Fix the Fascia 1427mm x2

 to the front and back 

using 3x40mm screws. 

Fix the Fascia 1041mm x2 

(

No. 16

) to the front and back  

using 2x40mm. 

 

Fix the Finials x2 (

No. 25

) to 

the front and back using 

2x40mm screws.

Ensure to trap the felt 

between the fascia and the 

building.

Fix a Window Box x2 (

No. 29

and Window Shutters x2 (

No. 30

) to 

each window on the Door Gable. 

 

Fix a Window Box (

No. 29

underneath the window, screwing 

through the Door Gable into the 

window box using 4x30mm screws. 

Fix the Window Shutters x2 (

No. 30)

 

through the Door Gable into the 

shutter using 4x30mm screws per 

shutter. 

Repeat with both windows.

Every effort has been made to reduce 

sharp edges but it is recommended 

that any points are rounded. 

Step 21

Parts needed -           x3  &           &          &

 

 

Place a Window Frame Cross 

(

No. 26

) against the inside of each 

window. Position the frame centrally to 

the window and fix using 4x20mm 

screws per frame.

 

Place the Wooden Door Handle 

(

No. 31

) on the outside of  the door and 

use a 60mm screw from the inside to 

secure. 

 

On the inside of the door 

opening fix the ply triangle door stop 

(

No. 28

) to the bottom left corner using 

3x20mm screws.

 

Fix the Butterfly (

No. 27

) onto to 

the door using 4x10mm screws.
