Fix the door bar (

No. 29

) to the 

inside of the slave door with 

6x30mm screws, as shown in the 

illustration.

Attach the door beading strips

to the inside of the door frame

(

either side of each door

) with

8x30mm screws, making sure 

the beading strips sit flush with

the framing.

Attach the tower bolts (

No. 36

)

to the door bar using the 

screws provided.

*Ensure the bolts locate into

the keeps and the door locks

in place properly.

that you fit the turn buttons and tower 

bolts as per the fitting instructions.

Place the plain sides (

No. 6

) and the 

first right gable (

No. 5

) onto the floor. 

connect the 2 plain sides using

3x50mm screws and secure the 

gable at the corner using 3x60mm

screws.

Do 

NOT

 secure to the floor until

the roof has been fitted.

Fix the left gable (

No. 4

) to

 

the plain side at the 

 

corner using 3x60mm

 

screws.

*Do 

NOT

 secure to the floor until

the roof has been fitted.

 

Attach the posts (

No. 28

) to 

 

the front of each gable with

 

3x60mm screws per post.
