Pre Assembly

Before assembling remove the transportation

blocks from the bottom of each panel.

Step 1

Place the floor onto a firm and level

base upside down, ensuring the base

has suitable drainage & is free from

areas where standing water can collect.

Secure the floors together using 6x50mm

screws, fixing in an alternating pattern 

as shown in the illustration.

Once fitted, turn the floor assembly the

right way up.

Step 2: 

Door side assembly

 

Locate the doors

(No. 6)

 into the door panel 

 

(No. 1)

 and fix in place using 3x T-Hinges 

(No. 13)

 

securing with 7x30mm screws.

 

Attach the pad bolt 

(No. 15)

 to the centre door

 

support and the catch to the opposite

 

door with 10x30mm screws.

 

Measure between the top and bottom

 

of the door to the pad bolt and cut 2x 

(No. 8)

 

strips to fit, secure in place with 2x20mm

 

screws per strip.

Step 3: 

Window side assembly

 

Cut 7x(

No. 9

) strips to 515mm and secure 4x (

No. 9)

 

strips to the inside of the window gap

 

using 2x20mm screws per strip.

*Ensure the strips are flush with the framing.

 

Place the plastic cill on top of the board

 

and rest the styrene in the window gap.

 

Measure the window gap and cut 1x

 

strip to fit, securing in place with 3x20mm

 

screws. Attach the remaining 3 (

No. 9) 

strips from

 part 

using 2x20mm screws per strip.

Place the right gable (

) and the first

 

plain side (

)onto the floor and fix

 

together using 3x50mm screws

 

Do not secure the building to the

 

floor until the roof is fitted.
