f.  Place the washer, then nut over the axle. Now

return to the other side, adding the nut. Tighten
the nut.

g.  Alternate sides as you increase the torque on

both axle nuts so that they are being tightened
equally. Check the wheel is still centered before
moving on to the right side.

Now fold down the bike stand, the bike should now
rest on the stand.

3.3 Saddle

a.  Loosen  the  cam  lock  by  flipping  the  lever  and

spinning in a clockwise direction.

b. Slide the battery and seatpost up and close the

cam lock. This is to create enough height so you
can comfortably add the saddle.

c.  Loosen the bolt on the top of the saddle clamp

to allow you enough space between to slide the
saddle rails in the middle. To do this, twist the
clamp mount sideways, separate the top and lower
clamp, slide the saddle so that the rails sit within
the top and bottom clamp.

d. Twist the saddle and clamps so that they are

forward facing and tighten the bolt.

e.  Once completed, you can lower your saddle by

loosening the cam lock, lowering the saddle and

then tightening cam lock again. Straighten the
saddle so it is in line with the top tube.

f.  Then tighten the screw from underneath the saddle

using supplied tools. PLEASE NOTE: tightening this
too much can cause battery and bike damage.

3.4 Attaching Levers, Power

      and Cable Integration

a.  Add brake lever. Loosen the bolts on the left brake

lever, before sliding it over the handlebars so
that the lever is on the front of the handlebar in a
parallel position.

b. Check that the forks rotate smoothly, and that the

headset is fully compressed by holding the front
brake and attempting to rock the bike backwards
and forwards.

c.  Check that the handlebars are still correctly aligned

with the front wheel. Final adjustments can be
made at this stage. Once you are satisfied with the
alignment, tighten the handlebar integrated stem
clamp pinch bolts to the recommended torque,
5-6Nm, following an alternating and staged torque
process: torque the lower bolt to 3Nm, then the
upper bolt to 3Nm, then the lower bolt to 5-6Nm,
and finally the upper bolt to 5-6Nm. This ensures
even clamp pressure.

d. Finally, check that the brake levers and grips are

secure. If they are loose, tighten the screws using
the appropriate tool in the supplied toolset.

e.  Follow the cable attached to your front wheel

motor.  Behind the fork on the same side, you will
see a mounting area with a screw.

f.  Loosen the screw,  tucking the cable behind it.

g.  Then tighten the screw back to the fork mount.

h. Within your box of accessories you will find zip ties.

Secure a zip tie around the fork and cables at the
top of the fork and around the fork itself.

i.  Repeat this process for the front brake line,

securing the brake line cables using the mount
and screw and fixing the zip ties to keep the cables
flush against the fork.

j.  Brake Sensors

To connect  brake sensor, simply follow the longer
cables coming out from your bikes headset on
the same side, matching the “male” and “female”
sides to their corresponding arrow symbol.

k. Light

To connect lights, simply connect the shorter,
wider diameter cables together.

3.5 Pedals

Pedals are in their own small separate box. Pedals are
side dependent so that the right-hand pedal tightens
