The high-voltage on-board electrical system is
switched off.
All work on the drive system (including after dis-
connecting the high-voltage on-board electrical
system manually) may only be carried out in a
qualified specialist workshop.

If children are left unattended in the vehicle,
they could, in particular:

open doors, thereby endangering other
persons or road users.

get out and be struck by oncoming traffic.

operate vehicle equipment and become
trapped, for example.

releasing the parking brake.
